"Steve took a space that was so bad friends didn't even acknowledge its existence and created a beautiful, livable outdoor space. He cleared out the vines and blackberries, leveled out the slope with a stacked stone wall, dug a pond, planted some plants, installed a watering system, leveled out the very uneven mounds of dirt everywhere, and laid a stone patio. The most common comment now is "WOW, I didn't even know you had a back yard!"
Steve was creative, able to know what should be in "phase 1" and steer my over-enthusiasm to "phase 2". He worked with our contractor to coordinate the back steps with his stone patio area. He worked in a last minute bubbler pot to the pond and he made sure that I knew how to care for everything before he left. I can't wait for "phase 2".
